The Ruffle Bib (Thick LARGE-Child/Teen)

This bib is great for special needs individuals that my need a little wetness control, but still want to look fashionable and a little fancy! This item is the same size as our "Thick Cotton Gauze Scarf Bib", but provides a little more coverage with the addition of the ruffle.
