Shipping policy

All items in this shop are handmade when you order. Please allow 3-8 business days for production. We offer Free shipping on all US orders of $50+ and will use USPS Ground unless you upgrade the shipping when checking out. We will choose the least expensive shipping method based on current prices from the USPS and UPS. Please note that tracking on USPS Ground packages isn't always accurate. 

I have full faith in the USPS, but occasionally they do take longer than estimated shipping times.  Please be patient with the delivery of your item. If you have questions about your package once it has been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier and provide the tracking number which is emailed to you at the time of shipping. Once an item is shipped, we no longer have control over its location. 

I am no longer responsible for the items you have purchased once they are dropped off or picked up by the USPS. If you are worried about the loss, or misplacement of your package, please send us a message about purchasing insurance on your package. Tracking numbers may not reflect an accurate location of your package and are sometimes not updated by the USPS. 

International buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with shipping your items. Shipping times vary greatly for international shipments. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
