Q: When will my order ship?
A: All items in our shop are handmade. Please allow 3-5 days for production of your order. We are sewing just as fast as possible and will get your order done for you as soon as we can!
Q: My package says delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?
A: Most items are shipped via First Class mail and the tracking can be off quite frequently. Please contact the shipping carrier for information on the delivery location. (have your tracking number ready) If your order was shipped via USPS, items are frequently marked delivered prematurely and will likely be delivered in the next few days. If not, you can submit a missing mail search or contact your LOCAL post office for delivery location conformation.
Q: My tracking hasn't updated. Why?
A: All of our mail is picked up by the USPS, and if picked up late in the day it may not get scanned until it reaches a major mail scanning hub. Your item may say "pre-transit" and is in fact moving through the postal network. Your item has been shipped even if it still says Pre-transit. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Some First Class packages never update.
Q: When will an out of stock item be back?
A: We do our very best to keep popular items available, but with shipping complications, and supply chain issues items may not be restocked until we get a fabric shipment in. Colors can change through out the year, and based on availability. Send us a message if you are interested in a specific item. We can add you to a restock email list for that item so you can be notified about it's availability.
Q: What are the washing instructions?
A: Wash your items in COLD water with MILD detergent. Wash only like colors together as bleeding of dye can occur. Gauze can attract lint and pill, so you may want to wash alone for the first few washes. Machine dry on LOW heat. High heat can make the fabric less soft.
Q: Can I add a gift note?
A: You can leave a note checkout with a gift message. We ship to the address listed at checkout, so if you would like the gift shipped directly to the recipient please leave that address in the notes as well as sometimes the shipping address is autofilled based on the payment chosen.
Q: Do you Gift Wrap?
A: Leave a note at checkout if you need your items gift wrapped. We will do our best to make them look nice! Be sure to add a gift note as well and we will include it on a postcard for you.
Q: Will your bibs fit an adult?
A: Our large bibs will likely fit most adults as they have 2 sets of snaps that can adjust quite a bit. The circumference snapped on the largest setting is about 18"
Q: I need my order shipped ASAP. Is that possible?
A: Please upgrade to "SHIP MY ORDER ASAP" at checkout and leave a note on your order letting us know you need it ASAP. We will do our best to get it made as soon as we can!
Q: Do your pacifier clips work with MAM, Soothie, or other brands with no handle?
A: Unless you have an adapter, our clips do not work with with pacifiers that only have a small hole for attachments.
